Wojciech Trzciński advises on the corporate, commercial and civil law practice and in mergers and acquisitions practice of PwC Legal.
Wojciech specializes in a wide scope of transaction advisory and on-going corporate advisory matters. He advises domestic and international clients in course of devising and implementing of the restructuring processes, including implementing of tax restructuring projects.
He advised in a number of transactions including acquisition and disposal of businesses by domestic and foreign clients. Wojciech’s experience includes complex transaction advisory in course of preparation and implementation of transactions for potential buyers and vendors of businesses, including in particular devising transaction structures, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation.
Wojciech is experienced in carrying restructuring processes involving spin-off of assets, mergers (including cross-border mergers), demergers and transformations of companies. He carried legal due diligence reviews for both buyers and sellers (vendor’s due diligence).
He advised in processes of obtaining financing from private sources (including through corporate bonds issue) as well as from the banks. He advised borrowers on restructuring and refinancing of bank financing.
Wojciech Trzciński is a legal advisor. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, where he obtained master’s degree in political science.
Before joining PwC Legal, Wojciech worked in well-established Polish law firms. Wojciech started his career as a consultant in PwC Tax Department.
