Bartłomiej Włodarski

Bartłomiej Włodarski is a counsel in the labour law practice, corporate practice as well as in mergers and acquisitions practice at PwC Legal. His professional interests cover corporate, business and civil law.

Bartłomiej has an experience in restructuring projects, legal due diligence, merger and acquisition transactions and day-to-day legal assistance with regard to commercial and civil law.

Bartłomiej is attorney-at-law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at University of Warsaw and British Law Centre at University of Warsaw.

Before joining PwC Legal he worked in one of the largest Polish law firms.
