PwC as the winner of CEE M&A Awards once again

PwC was honoured once again in the CEE Mergers & Acquisitions Awards rank. This time, the Firm was awarded in two categories: M&A Advisory Firm and Tax & Financial Advisory Firm.

The Mergers & Acquisitions Awards were presented for the third time. Their aim is to recognise companies and experts who are most involved and effective on the market of mergers and acquisitions in the area of Central and Eastern Europe.

The Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions Team at PwC Polska includes over 100 experts specializing in complex transaction processes, primarily in aspects such as: mergers and acquisitions (led by Adam Demusiak), financial due diligence (led by Piotr Nogajczyk) and tax due diligence (led by Rafał Dróbka).
