7 new partners at PwC Polska

As of 1 July 2019, 7 people will join the PwC partners group in Poland: Katarzyna Podgórna (Finance and Accounting), Agata Oktawiec (Tax and Legal), Maciej Kroenke (Advisory), Łukasz Żochowski (advisory) , Mikołaj Woźniak (Tax and Legal), Maciej Przybyłowski (Advisory) and Piotr Rudzki (Advisory).

Podgorna

Katarzyna Podgórna, Partner at PwC Poland
Kasia becomes a Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services Partner in Poland, leading a team which develops and implements innovative solutions to improve processes within finance departments, using know-how and in-house IT tools. Her primary role will be to maintain the profitable growth of the Tools stream in Poland and across CEE. Additionally, under the “Finance of the future” umbrella Kasia will accelerate the post deal opportunities in finance transformation.

oktawiec

Agata Oktawiec, Partner at PwC Poland
Agata becomes the first fully dedicated International Tax Services Partner in Poland, being responsible for keeping up to date with the ITS regulatory framework. She will also be the relationship Partner for selected private business clients and will continue to work on complex tax projects.

Kroenke

Maciej Kroenke, Partner at PwC Poland
Maciej becomes an Advisory Strategy Partner in Poland leading the Revenue Management practice across CEE/CIS. Maciej will lead the PwC services in the area of revenue management with a focus on pricing, promotions, sales excellence and customer loyalty. He will also continue to work on further digitalization of commercial functions in terms of bringing data driven insights and fact based decision taking.

Żochowski

Łukasz Żochowski, Partner at PwC Poland
Łukasz becomes a Financial Services Advisory Partner in Poland with his main focus on the development of Risk Management services for financial institutions. He coordinates the CEE Financial Risk Management (FRM) team that works with FS clients in the area of risk analytics/modelling, Risk-IT implementations, regulatory & remediation topics and banking transformations. Going forward, Łukasz’s focus will be to expand FRM risk analytics and IT implementation practice into EMEA and the US.

Przybylowski

Maciej Przybyłowski, Partner at PwC Poland
Maciej becomes an Advisory Partner in Poland in the Financial Crime Unit (FCU) and will continue to be responsible for regional Financial Institutions in anti-money laundering (AML) projects and programs. He will also further develop non-AML offerings, primarily focusing on PMO as a service and credit portfolio reviews. 

 

Wozniak

Mikołaj Woźniak, Partner at PwC Poland
Mikolaj becomes a Tax and Legal Services Partner in Poland. He will continue to lead the Tax Reporting & Strategy Tax team. He will win and deliver tax reporting services in all possible tax reporting areas for corporations. He will also further develop future services associated with the tax function, e.g. tax maturity assessment, tax strategy development and tax function design. In this field, he will also continue to coordinate the CEE network.

Rudzki

Piotr Rudzki, Partner at PwC Poland
Piotr becomes an Advisory Partner in Poland, leading the Valuations & Economics Team. Together with his V&E Team, he will continue to deliver business valuations, financial models and M&A services for sovereign companies. He will also continue to develop new products, including intangible asset valuations, PPAs and other transactions related services.
