The Funds managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments (“ASI”) have signed a contract for purchase of 130 photovoltaic farms of 122 MW in total. PwC was the leading advisor in the transaction executed by ASI. It is already the 6th transaction on this market executed with PwC experts’ assistance this year.
The projects were prepared by R.Power, a leading photovoltaic developer in Poland. After their commissioning, they will be taken over by ASI. The loan agreement was signed with a consortium of ING Bank Śląski and BNP Paribas Bank Polska.

The transaction is the 7th PV transaction already executed by ASI and successfully supported by PwC as the leading transaction advisor over the period of the last 24 months, and the 6th RES transaction supported by PwC which was closed in 2021 alone.
