Equitix announced the purchase of an onshore wind farm project with a capacity of 24 MW from OX2. PwC was the leading transaction advisor to Equitix.

With over 330 core infrastructure projects acquired since the firm’s inception in 2007, Equitix has a proven track record for investing in UK and Europe and has established a strong reputation as a leading developer, trusted partner, operator and fiduciary fund manager.

The farm consists of 7 wind turbines that are located in South East Poland in the area of the Lubelskie voivodeship, municipality of Kraśnik. The wind farm is scheduled to start its operation in 2024. The planned annual production will amount to approximately 79 GWh.
