With more than 10 years experience delivering highly specialised, complex managed services to clients around the world, the PwC CEE ambition is to grow from its current team of 2,000 managed services professionals to more than 5000 people in the next 3 years. PwC CEE combines unique subject matter expertise, innovative technologies and best in class operational teams to run, optimise and upgrade complex functions for clients.

“Combining deep subject matter expertise, innovation and effective operations management, we bring our best to the table as we partner with our clients to support them in responding to increasing regulatory and market demands. We free clients to focus on their core business, while taking on the burden of compliance, risk, finance and technology (our core business!) for them”

- says Damian Kalinowski, partner at PwC Polska, leader of CEE Managed Services.

By partnering with PwC, clients are able to unlock value through high-quality, cost effective services that are underpinned by innovative technologies. Standardised processes embedded with generative AI, data & analytics, automation and quality controls empower teams to achieve exceptionally high standards, and offer clients transparency and confidence in service delivery standards.

“I am very excited to be joining PwC in Poland and becoming part of the CEE firm. CEE is a region I have extensively worked in since joining PwC, but this is the first time I relocated to the region with my family. This is an exciting place to live and work, and the fast growing Managed Services capability here is one of the largest and most innovative that can be found anywhere in the PwC network. The results of this investment can be seen in our people, our ways of working and our technology, and I am looking forward to sharing this capability with our clients to solve some of their most complex operational challenges”

- adds Richard Major, partner at PwC Polska.

PwC CEE Managed Services currently provides a select range of capabilities including: Anti-financial Crime, Finance, Tax, Legal, Workforce, Portfolio Management, Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber, Data & Analytics, and Applications Managed Services.
