Aleksandra Bańkowska, a partner at PwC Poland, has been appointed as the Legal Business Solutions Leader for the PwC network in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. In her new role, Aleksandra will oversee the integrated offering of Legal and NewLaw in the CEE region, which consists of more than 500 lawyers, as well as technology and consulting specialists, operating across 23 countries.
Aleksandra is a seasoned banking and finance lawyer with over 20 years of experience, recognized and recommended by both international and domestic professional rankings as a "leading lawyer". In her new role, she will concentrate on further development of the legal business solutions in the CEE region, both in already established, core legal practice areas, and in the NewLaw sector. Aleksandra will also maintain her current responsibilities at PwC Legal Poland, leading Banking law and NewLaw practices, as well as the Legal Center of Excellence in Gdańsk.

As part of the Legal Business Solution network, Aleksandra will work closely with Cezary Żelaźnicki, the EMEA Legal Business Solutions Leader at PwC, who leads the combined Legal and NewLaw offering in the EMEA region, as well as with Dr. Frederic Mirza Khanian, Global Legal & Legal Business Solutions Leader.
