Solaris Bus & Coach has received the bank financing for its further development.
The club of banks Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Erste Group AG, HSBC Continental Europe, mBank (ESG Coordinator), Pekao (Security Agent), PKO Bank Polski Facility (Facility Agent) and Société Générale Polish Branch has granted Solaris Bus & Coach financing in the form of credit and guarantee lines in the amount of EUR 700 million.
Solaris Bus & Coach is the leading European bus producer. The company focuses its operations on the development of zero-emission and low emission vehicles, contributing to the transition towards sustainable transportation. The market leading position of Solaris Bus & Coach is evidenced by the number 1 position on the European zero-emission bus market (electric and hydrogen) and presence in 33 countries, 850 towns and cities across Europe as well as beyond it. In connection with that, the loan agreement was adjusted to the sustainability linked loan framework standard.
