For individuals who hold educational qualifications and professional certifications in accounting are eligible to take an expedited pathway to obtain the CIA® designation. They need to take one multiple choice exam.
About CIA challange exam
The exam is a single-section test, streamlined and economical for the following reasons:
- It includes 150 multiple-choice questions derived from educational syllabi.
- It is grounded in the International Professional Practices Framework and Standard.
- It has a maximum duration of 180 minutes. It is exclusively available in English.
- It uses a scaled scoring system, requiring a minimum of 600 out of 750 points to pass.
- It has been crafted according to best practices with guidance from experts and professionals.
- It can be taken online or at a designated testing center.
