Mateusz Ordyk

Mateusz Ordyk is a counsel responsible for the capital markets practice of PwC Legal. He specializes in capital markets, banking, financial and corporate law.

Mateusz has broad experience in finance transactions (public offering, debt financing) and in advice related to capital market transactions (mergers and acquisitions). He also advises on regulatory issues connected with business activities of banks, brokerage houses, insurance companies and investment funds, and in particular on those related to cross-border financial services.

Mateusz has been attorney-at-law since 2009. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty at UMCS, postgraduate studies on financial and capital markets and postgraduate studies on European corporate law at Warsaw School of Economic

Before joining PwC Legal, he was associated for 5 years with one of the largest Polish law firms and for 4 years with financing institutions in the banking sector.
