Krzysztof Szułdrzyński

Krzysztof Szułdrzyński is the Partner in the Assurance and Advisory Services Department.

Krzysztof has over fifteen years of professional experience in PwC. He is qualified Chartered Certified Accountant in Great Britain (ACCA).

Krzysztof has experience in auditing financial statements, but in the past few years he has been consulting in the field of optimization and control business processes, including through their automation. He also has experience in numerous projects for improvement of ERP systems, including managing access rights. 

Krzysztof leads team of System & Process Assurance in PwC in Central and Eastern Europe dealing with the maintenance f internal control system (including reviews focused on SAS 70 requirements) as well as IT reviews. For the last few years he has been responsible for PwC’s services related to supporting Central and Eastern Europe companies in meeting Sarbanes- Oxley Act’s requirements. He has led (or has been involved as matter expert) in many implementation projects related with S-O requirements in companies throughout the region.

Currently Krzysztof is involved in both reviewing and certification of internal control systems (including IT), as well as consultancy to improve  internal control systems, implementation of new European requirements for internal controls and implement integrated systems to ensure compliance with regulations. He is an expert in the area of corporate governance in modern business.
