In promotional video we can see a drone delivering floating device to drowning man in order to help him to stay on the surface of water until lifeguard arrives. In addition, drone are capable of streaming live video of rescue action to lifeguards remaining on ground, improving their situational awareness.
Drones can reach the drowning much quicker than human. Beside that drones may have positive effect on the victim, calming him down to avoid panic reaction what significantly increases chances of successful rescue operation.
