PwC has been honoured another year in a row by Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, as M&A Advisor of the Year

PwC is the leader of the Polish market in terms of the number of transactions. As a Deals Platform team, we advise our clients at all stages of the transaction cycle, from business valuation and identification of potential companies to acquire, through transaction execution, to post-transaction activities - extremely important in the context of building value in the long run, or protecting this value in such a volatile market situation we are now.

The M&A Advisor of the Year awards is a very important distinction for us, the more that we receive it for another year in a row. We have been honoured by the continued trust to our team by the extremely demanding group of investors - private equity funds. In 2019 we acted as M&A advisor on successfully closed deals working for both the Polish entrepreneurs and for leading global and regional private equity funds incl. Carlyle, Innova Capital, Hellman&Friedman, Advent Int, Bain, Waterland and Aberdeen. We have been part of the largest consolidation projects in Central and Eastern Europe, including industries such as fintech, packaging, cosmetics and renewable energy.
