PwC has been honoured another year in a row by Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, as M&A Advisor of the Year

In this year’s edition of the competition held by the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK) for entities associated with the private equity/venture capital market, PwC has won an award in the M&A Advisor category category.

The aim of the PSIK Awards Competition is to recognise private equity/venture capital fund managers, advisors, banks and law firms for their achievements on the Polish PE/VC market. In addition, the contest promotes the highest professional standards in the industry as well as PE/VC investors’ contribution to the growth of Polish companies.

The Deals Platform Team at PwC Polska includes over 150 experts specializing in complex transaction processes, primarily in aspects such as: mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and commercial due diligence, financial due diligence and tax due diligence, financing and restructuring as well as valuations and financial modeling.

PwC is the leader of the Polish market in terms of the number of transactions. As a Deals Platform team, we advise our clients at all stages of the transaction cycle, from business valuation and identification of potential companies to acquire, through transaction execution, to post-transaction activities - extremely important in the context of building value in the long run, or protecting this value in such a volatile market situation we are now.

The M&A Advisor of the Year awards is a very important distinction for us, the more that we receive it for another year in a row.
