Programme content outline

Mindset - Introduction and Building the Coach’s Awareness

This module focuses on developing the self‑awareness of future coaches - a key element in effectively conducting coaching processes. Participants will learn about the course structure, accreditation requirements, as well as the principles of workshop-based learning and mentoring. This stage establishes the foundations that will support the further development of coaching competencies.

Module 1 – Building a Coaching Relationship in Business

The first module focuses on developing the ability to establish a coaching relationship and understanding what coaching is - and what it is not. It covers the pillars of coaching, the goals of the process, and essential communication techniques, including active listening. Participants learn how to create an atmosphere of trust and openness when working with a client.

Module 2 – Designing the Future

The second module is dedicated to conscious goal‑setting and working on habits. Participants explore methods for defining small, realistic steps that support lasting change. Special emphasis is placed on practical tools that strengthen the transformation process.

Module 3 – Unlocking and Expanding Potential

The third module focuses on working with beliefs, understanding their impact on personal and professional development, and exploring methods for analysing and transforming them. Participants learn about the mechanisms behind belief formation, the different types of beliefs, and tools that support releasing and expanding potential in the context of business coaching.

Module 4 – Building Fulfilling Relationships

The fourth module develops the competencies essential in a coach’s work. It covers practical tools and examples for working with clients’ different communication styles, as well as coaching models that emphasise the importance of relationships, balance and fulfilment. Participants receive a set of sample exam questions, explore the values that are important in a coach’s practice, and gain recommendations for further reading to deepen their knowledge.

Exam

The final module is a time to verify the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the programme. Participants take a theoretical exam as well as a practical component - a 20‑minute coaching session with a client. This stage confirms their readiness to independently conduct coaching processes.
