SAP system implementations

The SAP S/4HANA system is an ERP class system offered by SAP to support business management. It provides functions designed to support various company processes in finance, purchasing, production, maintenance, sales, and customer service. It comes in two basic variants:

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition is a version dedicated to smaller companies. It provides continuous access to updates and ensures that the latest features are always available.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition is a version dedicated to larger companies, for which the most important things are the very high customisation possibilities of the solution and adapting it to the specific requirements of the company, as well as full control over the process of updating and launching new functions.

SAP S4HANA Public Cloud is a cloud-based integrated ERP system offered by SAP for enterprise resource management. The system is based on in-memory HANA technology, which means that data is processed and stored in memory. This solution significantly speeds up the system. Due to its scalability, availability, and speed, it is ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises and large companies with a two-tier solution. SAP S4HANA Public Cloud is an attractive option for companies that want to increase efficiency and adapt to changing market conditions.

SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) is a comprehensive supply chain management solution for companies of all sizes and industries. It includes solutions for key processes such as planning, warehousing, transport, and production. Its benefits include full process integration, resource optimization, flexibility, improved collaboration, increased transparency, and automation. SAP SCM helps companies increase efficiency, reduce costs, and better respond to market changes in logistics and transport.

SAP SuccessFactors is a solution for handling processes related to the employee life cycle in an organization. This includes HR and payroll processes with employee and manager self-service (mobile) and talent management - recruitment, adaptation, employee objectives, appraisals, succession and development, training, remuneration, and bonuses. It will also use AI solutions to, among other things, provide recommendations for employee development activities or the effective execution of HR administration tasks. SAP SuccessFactors is a fully cloud-based (public cloud) solution that relieves organizations of the cost of purchasing and maintaining their infrastructure. To carry out projects for our clients, we use PwC HXM Express - a pre-configured version of SAP SuccessFactors created based on more than 150 implementations of this system carried out by PwC. This allows us to utilize the best business practices contained therein, carry out the implementation process quickly and efficiently, and minimize project risks. The implementation is based on a project methodology dedicated to this solution, based on SAP Activate. SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM) solutions are the ‘classic’ variant of SAP solutions for HR (in terms of human resources and payroll processes), which are sometimes still in use (including the on-premise variant). However, according to the SAP product development roadmap, the target architecture variant is a cloud-based architecture based on SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

SAP Document and Reporting Compliance is a global application solution adapted to different countries, including the soon-to-be-applicable KSeF in Poland. DRC is a cloud-based solution that enables the exchange of e-documents between the customer's system and the relevant authority and the sending of reports so that the company can comply with the country's e-invoicing requirements. It considers creating and sending invoices to KSeF in the relevant schema, receiving invoices from KSeF, and performing technical validations.

Statutory Compliance Suite is a solution tailored to Poland's upcoming e-invoicing requirements. It handles the exchange of e-invoices with KSeF in real-time. The processes for issuing and receiving e-invoices are automated and integrate with standard SAP processes, minimizing user intervention. SCS includes business and technical validations and enables automatic analysis of historical sales invoices for readiness to be sent to KSeF as part of the KSeF Readiness Check.

SAP Sustainability Control Tower enables you to track sustainable business operations. It allows you to use existing sustainability metrics, create your own, and upload data for each. It will enable you to define environmental ambitions for your organization and track progress over time. Allows you to report on ecological targets defined by an EU-wide classification system. SAP Sustainability Control Tower can also be used to report on your company's GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions.

SAP Signavio is a comprehensive suite of tools for running process optimization and business transformation projects. It includes various tools for process exploration (process mining), process modeling and management, and project collaboration management. It contains ready-to-use integration scenarios with other systems (including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and non-SAP solutions) to explore (measure and monitor) the effectiveness of their business processes and recommendations for their optimization. In particular, this (plug-and-gain) approach makes it possible to understand - in just hours of analysis and exploration - which processes are performing well and which need to be changed. This helps to set the right goals and priorities for an effective transformation. And then verify the results achieved. And permanently put mechanisms in place that will continuously help improve process performance.

SAP Build is a platform that helps streamline development and automation. The tool is mainly aimed at citizen developers and business users. We can distinguish three sections:

• SAP Build Apps enables the creation of business applications without writing code.

• SAP Build Process Automation enables you to automate processes with simple ‘drag and drop’ functions. 

• SAP Build Work Zone enables you to design attractive websites that speed up your workflow.

Solutions designed for retail chains and companies managing chains of shops. These may be owned or franchised shops operating under one or more brands. The essential components of the solution are:

• SAP S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management, an ERP system offering support for all processes supported by the core SAP S/4HANA system and dedicated functions designed to help retail, assortment management, pricing and promotions, merchandising, and shop operations.

• SAP Customer Activity Repository is a specialized solution designed to handle mass transactions in the retail network, including their collection, settlement, analysis, and transfer to accounting.

Solutions designed for in-store checkout (SAP Customer Checkout or SAP Omnichannel Point-of-Sale by GK) or SAP business cloud solutions that further support omnichannel processes can complement this.

SAP Datasphere is a cloud platform that acts as a data warehouse. It integrates data from different environments: on-premise, cloud, the SAP ecosystem, and other systems (e.g., Google, Amazon). It is designed for businesses that want to streamline data operations and ensure data consistency, reliability, and compliance. It connects disparate data sources, harmonizes metadata, and enables complex data transformations.
