Whistleblowing

We help in the design and implementation of a whistleblowing system, organize trainings, support in internal communication activities and conduct explanatory proceedings

The Whistleblower Protection Act entered into force on September 25, 2024. Until then, all companies employing more than 50 employees must implement appropriate tools and procedures to protect people reporting abuse. In addition to the protective umbrella placed over them, whistleblowers will be able to expect clear rules from their employers regarding internal reporting of irregularities, as well as easily accessible reporting channels.

A properly implemented whistleblowing system not only enables the early detection of irregularities and the prevention of misconduct but also strengthens the culture of ethics and transparency within the organization, along with regular monitoring of legal and regulatory compliance.
