PRS Market in Poland Overview

Private rented sector is already a lasting trend, not a fleeting fad. By 2028, the Polish real estate market will supply over k apartments in the PRS (Private Rented Sector). The current offer includes approximately k premises (as of H1 2022).

The growing housing trend deserves particular attention among investors. Motivated by the high potential of the developing rental sector, we are starting a cycle of semi-annual reports.
