Kasia becomes a Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services Partner in Poland, leading a team which develops and implements innovative solutions to improve processes within finance departments, using know-how and in-house IT tools. Her primary role will be to maintain the profitable growth of the Tools stream in Poland and across CEE. Additionally, under the “Finance of the future” umbrella Kasia will accelerate the post deal opportunities in finance transformation.

David is a Director at PwC UK, where he leads finance digital transformation projects for clients in various sectors, such as retail, consumer, telecommunications, media, industrials, resources, and energy. He has over 37 years of experience in consulting and corporate performance management (EPM), with a focus on EPM solutions for the corporate centre of multinational groups.

As an EPM subject matter expert and thought leader, David has delivered multiple successful engagements, such as designing and implementing best practice group reporting systems and processes, developing and rolling out key performance indicators, accelerating the close cycle, and integrating business planning and reporting. He has worked with all the leading EPM software vendors, such as OneStream, SAP, Oracle, Tagetik, Anaplan, and Host Analytics, and has unique insights into their strengths and weaknesses. He also chairs and convenes the UK100 Group Financial Controllers Forum, where he facilitates networking and discussion among senior finance professionals. He regularly speaks and writes on EPM topics and has published several articles and reports.

Wojciech is a Manager in the Finance of the Future Team, mainly focused on Enterprise Performance Management and FP&A transformation projects.

He is a certified Anaplan Solution Architect with 3+ years of model building experience. He has been part of complex, multi-stream, multi-model global Anaplan implementations with responsibilities covering build activities, test script development, UAT plan and execution, defect resolution, MTP and hypercare.

Wojciech has working experience as a business consultant for the implementations of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Group Reporting. He has developed FP&A models for largest CEE clients from various industries (FMCG, Retail, IT, Manufacturing, Energy), bridging the needs of statutory and management reporting.

He combines the knowledge of financial controlling with big data analysis in Finance, as well as data visualisation. He leads holistic transformations of controlling functions for the largest clients in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Andrzej is a Senior Manager at PwC, overseeing transformational projects aimed at streamlining processes in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis, as well as financial closing and consolidation. He serves as the 'EPM Coordinator' for PwC Poland. Andrzej has been part of global implementations of EPM concepts and tools in companies across various industries, including food, beverages, and medical technology. The goal was to achieve integrated coordination between business and finance, ensuring process optimization and harmonious, consistent collaboration in making operational and strategic decisions.

Before joining PwC, Andrzej worked for an FMCG company for 5 years as a Controlling Manager. During this time, he established a Competency Center in Poland for a previously globally dispersed Management Controlling department, being responsible for numerous accounting projects, implementing reporting tools, and planning and forecasting tools.

Mateusz is a Manager in the Finance of the Future team at PwC, overseeing projects related to financial transformation, particularly in the areas of controlling functions, process improvements, management accounting, and EPM technologies that support finance.

From a business perspective, he has supported the implementation of EPM tools from the SAP ecosystem. He developed reporting and planning models for major clients in the CEE region across various industries. Operationally, he has also managed month-end closing processes, management reporting, consolidation, and budgeting.

Mateusz is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics. He has completed the second stage of the CIMA pathway (CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting) and is a certified model builder in Anaplan.

A trained psychologist and psychotherapist, she is an experienced business and soft skills trainer, group process facilitator, and coach. She has built her competencies through various experiences, including clinical work at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, teaching and research at the University of Special Education and SWPS University, and conducting hard and soft HR projects, business development, and training in international corporations. She has been with PwC since 2021 as the Leader of the L&D Team.

Monika is a Manager in the Finance of the Future team at PwC. She has over 8 years of professional experience, specializing in strategic and financial matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She has advised key players in the financial, energy, chemical, and retail sectors in Europe and the Middle East, including Saudi Aramco, UniCredit, and Raiffeisen Bank International.

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and has completed numerous training programs and courses, including INSEAD M&A Success Strategies and Kellogg Executive Education Analytics & Artificial Intelligence.

At PwC, Weronika manages projects in financial transformation, particularly in controlling functions, process improvement, financial and managerial accounting, and finance-supporting technologies. She has 15 years of experience in controlling and FP&A, as well as finance departments across various industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Services).

For over six years, she served as a Controlling Manager at Swatch Group, operating in the luxury goods sector. She was responsible for controlling processes, planning, and business collaboration in finance.

Previously, as a member of the Group Controlling team and Reporting Specialist at Dalkia Polska, an energy and facilities management company, she was responsible for financial and managerial reporting, long-term planning, and financial consolidation for a group consisting of 43 entities for nearly three years. At Dalkia, she successfully created a long-term planning model for the entire Group.

For nearly two years, she was also responsible for the RtR process in three countries and participated in the implementation of SAP BO at Philips Polska, in the healthcare business unit.
