Claims management

We manage large portfolios of claims (e.g., CHF mortgage cases) with a delivery model that integrates PwC between borrowers and banks, supported by technology. We take over administrative and repeatable tasks, align solutions with the client’s legal and IT environment, and scale as caseload grows. Automation and analytics reduce errors and delays, accelerate procedures, and provide customized reporting for full process visibility and lower costs.
