Documents review tool


Automated, smart keyword search in PDF files. Time to say goodbye to CTRL + F.


The tool was designed to be powerful, yet user-friendly, to enable analysts to easily upload documents, correctly catch all phrases and even correct typos.

Functionalities:

Predictive Sampling

Regulatory processes relating to customer verification (Know Your Customer - KYC) require multi-layered quality controls that involve a significant expenditure of effort and resources. Therefore, we have created a solution capable of reducing costs and effective risk management. Additionally, we used artificial intelligence to select the group most vulnerable to errors for the qualitative review.

Functionalities:


  • Statistically-backed decision process - based on the experience from multiple projects, project teams noticed that there are several factors that make cases more likely to contain errors - such as their complexity or the analyst's experience.
  • Connection to the workflow - in order to be able to automatically assign cases to the quality checkers, we connected the solution directly to the workflow system.
  • Continuous monitoring - to make sure the models are making justified, correct decisions, their performance is being constantly monitored. When there is a need to redevelop them, we do so in a matter of hours.

Process Scout was designed to map, analyse and visualise processes, combining pieces that previously were conducted separately, taking a lot less time and effort.

Data analysis is a challenge - you need to group the cases, calculate the statistics within these groups, and at the same time keep the whole process in check. With this solution, you just need to load data and spend some time analsing charts and metrics directly in the tool.

Functionalities:


  • Feature-rich process map - data visualisation is an invaluable way to understand the data; when it comes to process mining it is a must. As the main part of the solution, the process map was carefully designed to answer the most important business needs.
  • Advanced filtering - allows the user to load an (almost) unlimited number of custom filters to slice and dice each part of the analysis; it is crucial to compare different subprocesses and understand what is impacting the main process.
  • Versatility - tool accepts a standard file format - CSV. This means that it can be used for any kind of event log data.

Our tool allows you to extract information from official documents (ID cards, passports, financial reports) or online sources and automatically discounts false positive hits from sanctions and politically exposed persons (PEP) list screenings.

Functionalities:


  • Automation of the process of acquiring data from an image.
  • Automation of the data verification process - the use of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to screen data collected from documents in third-party AML-related search engines. The possibility of verifying whether a given person is on the sanctions list or not, taking into account all the extracted data.
  • Reduction of the number of false positive alerts - the ability to effectively compare screened data on sanction / PEP lists thanks to an advanced name matching algorithm based on artificial intelligence.
